How to Pray Sunnah Taubat in Procedures and Law?

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ الْفَزَارِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا كَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ إِذَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ
رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدِيثًا نَفَعَنِي اللَّهُ بِهِ بِمَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَنْفَعَنِي مِنْهُ وَإِذَا حَدَّثَنِي غَيْرُهُ اسْتَحْلَفْتُهُ فَإِذَا حَلَفَ لِي صَدَّقْتُهُ وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَصَدَقَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ مُؤْمِنٍ يُذْنِبُ ذَنْبًا فَيَتَوَضَّأُ فَيُحْسِنُ الطُّهُورَ ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَيَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى إِلَّا غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ ثُمَّ تَلَا وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا اللَّهَ

Meaning: From Ali of Abu Bakr Siddiq he said, the Prophet sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said "anyone of the faithful slave, he melakkan a sin, then he berwhudhu' and he smarten wudhu'nya then he prayed two cycles, and then he asked forgiveness of Allah, then Allah will ampunkan sin. Then he recited the verse of the Qur'an, which means as follows: "And those who, when working on indecency or wrong themselves, they remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins and anyone else who can forgive sins but from God? And they did not pursue his evil deeds that, while they know. (Surat Al-Imran 135)

وَالًّذِيْنَ اِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاخِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوْا أنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُاللهَ فَإسْتَغْفَرُوْا لِذُنُوْبِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَغْفِرُالذُّنُوْبَ إلَّا الله وَلَمْ يُسِرُّوْا عَلَى مَا فَعَلُوْا وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُوْنِ
